These general conditions (GTC) apply to orders placed on the website's online store Catherine André available at www.catherineandre.com / shop (hereinafter the "Website") via the website Internet www.catherineandre.com .

The minimum order is 15 (fifteen) euros excluding shipping and other costs that can add to your order.

4. The price and payment
The awards are presented in euros including VAT for shipment inside U.E. and delivery costs, which remain the responsibility of the user except under specific conditions.

For shipment in USA, prices do include taxes and custom duties according to rates applied in the country, do not have to be paid upon receipt.

Catherine André reserves the right to change prices at any time. The products will be charged based on the rates in effect at the time of registration of the order. The regulation of goods is determined in accordance with the selection method of payment during the operation and control the conditions mentioned.

5. Secure Payment

6. Delivery time and price

European Zone and Rest of World:
- Delivery by FedEx Europe (E.U.) : 15 euros, 2 to 5 open days
- Delivey by FedEx Asia and Switezland : 50 euros, 2 to 6 open days
- Delivery by FedEx Rest of World : 30 euros, 2 to 6 open days 

Catherine André do not deliver to Australia and Taïwan. 


Colissimo is a very reliable service. However, it may be, as in any expedition, there may be a delay in delivery or the product gets lost. In case of late delivery (after dispatch of the order, more than 11 days Colissimo), the purchaser must inform the customer service of Catherine André Internet. Catherine André transmit information to the Post Office to trigger an investigation. This investigation may take up to 21 days after it opened. If during this period, the product is found, it will be forwarded immediately to the home of the Buyer (in most cases). But if the product is not found after the 21 days of investigation, the Post considers the package as lost. In this case, Catherine André will send you a replacement product, at its expense. If the product lost were not available at this time, Catherine André would refund the amount of these products. Catherine André is not responsible for the longer delivery times due to the carrier, especially in case of loss of products or strike.

7. Returns and Exchanges
